Deep Tissue Mobilization Technique with Dr Henry Roth- 8 CE course at Red Bank Holistic Learning Center in New Jersey.
In Dr Roth's insightful class, learn to free up chronic tightness and increase range of motion for your clients. Add new techniques for relieving lower back tightness, frozen shoulder and other areas of discomfort.
This one day workshop provides the basic application of deep tissue techniques with the addition of body mobilization techniques to release adhesions, chronic tension and restricted range of motion.
Body mobilization technique uses small to large amplitude joint oscillations to free up chronic tightness and restricted joint motion of the particular joint complex.
The interplay of both Deep Tissue and Body Mobilization techniques provides a "shotgun" method of freeing up fascial restriction, muscle adhesions and long term restricted joint motion.
Learn to address such conditions as frozen shoulder, torticollis (wry neck), tight posterior cervical muscles and lower back tightness.

Classes fill up quickly, so please enroll as soon as possible. This will enable the instructor to prepare for the number of people attending.
Group discounts may be available for 3 or more students attending a class. Call for more information.
- Full payment is due two weeks prior to class date to reserve your spot in the class.
- You may register for a class within two weeks if an open space is available. There is a $10 late registration fee.
- Cancellatons: Registrants may cancel up to two weeks prior to class date for a full refund. If a registrant cancels within two weeks, a 50% refund will be given. There is no refund given for cancelation within 48hrs of a class, but registrants may apply 50% of their paid tuition to a future class for an additional $25 administration fee.
- In rare instances a class may be cancelled up to one week prior to start date if it does not meet instructor minimum enrollment requirements. Full refunds will be given.
- Class location: All classes are held at The Red Bank Holistic Learning Center located at 10 River St in Red Bank, New Jersey (Monmouth County).
ABOUT DR HENRY ROTH
Dr Henry Roth, DC began his career as a kinesiotherapist at a V.A. hospital working with disabled veterans for sixteen years. Within that time frame he studied the art of Swedish Massage with a blind physical therapist and progressed through several bodywork therapy certifications. He was a US Olympic Team massage therapist at the 1988 Winter Olympics in Calgary, Canada. In 1991 he became an apprentice to a master physical therapist at Carnegie Hall in New York, working with the classical musicians and dancers and their overuse syndromes. He currently holds workshops at AMTA and private facilities in the Muscle Normalization technique which utilizes the principles of PNF and Muscle Energy techniques. He has also designed and patented a uniquely contoured heated stone for application in hot stone massage. Dr Roth's greatest passion is speaking in front of his peers instructing them in his technique workshops and observing the immediate benefit and pain relief as a result of his demonstrated stretch applications.
