Originally released in l997, the award-winning Esalen Massage Video is now available in DVD format. Viewers choose to watch the program in a choice of three languages: English, German or Spanish.

Two NEW shorter mini-programs are also included: a 20 minute Back & Shoulders program and a 10 minute Head, Neck & Face program.
