This 66 piece Ultimate Pro Stone Set has every stone a massage therapist needs to treat the entire body, perform specialty applications, and allow 2 massage therapists to work at the same time. Included is the large, heavy belly / sacral stone as well as those specialty tools needed for the hands, feet, neck and hard to reach contours that rounded stones can't access. This set of variously sized basalt hot stones (from just under 1" to well over 5") and chakra stones will allow the therapist to perform several different treatments without having to buy additional stones.
Also included will be a instructional DVD, FULL BODY THERAPY: HOT STONE MASSAGE, an 18 quart Hot Stone Heater, and an 18 page users manual designed to show body workers the equipment needed, instructions on caring for the stones, the setup, the techniques to use when doing a Hot Stone Massage, and how to use the stones for cool temperature applications.
The stones are sorted at their source on American beaches of the Pacific Northwest, and then power cleaned before being bagged and labeled according to size and function. The stones are neither tumbled by machine, nor pre-oiled to avoid damage to the surface or allowing rancidity / bacterial growth to develop. You will receive the stones in their natural state, a dark grey color, which will quickly become a beautiful, dark, rich black when the first coat of oil is applied.
By combining the warm stones with a deep flowing massage, the result is an extremely soothing massage for your client while saving the wear and tear on the therapists hands. The heat from the stones allows for the release of muscle tissue at a greater intensity than with some other forms of massage.
