The stones in this package are sorted at their source on the beaches of Mexico, Chile and Peru, and then power cleaned before being bagged and labeled according to size and function. The stones are neither tumbled by machine, nor pre-oiled to avoid damage to the surface or allowing rancidity / bacterial growth to develop. You will receive the stones in their natural state, a dark grey color, which will quickly become a beautiful, dark, rich black when the first coat of oil is applied.
