Ralph Stephens is a professional instructor of Therapeutic Massage, Sports Massage and NeuroMuscular Therapy. Each tape covers proper working postures, hand and thumb techniques, plus an anatomical review of the specific muscles being massaged, including the common trigger point referral patterns and pain complaints of each muscle. Ralph also presents a therapeutic protocol, based on Western anatomy, using massage strokes to create relaxation, improve circulation, and help relieve common complaints such as neck pain, headaches, low backache, and pain between the shoulders. All techniques shown may be used with any seated system. Volume 1 is 70 minutes long.
